NELO explores how workplace activity data can be translated into meaningful physical artefacts to reflect on collective stress. Using computer vision, collective movement data was captured and transformed into weekly 3D-printed physicalizations, encouraging reflection on workplace behaviour. The project combines data collection, parametric design, and behaviour change to promote well-being in office environments.
